Our 
Story

Edge Catering was born in the year 1998 under the original name of Rivers Edge Catering in Tucson, AZ. We pride ourselves in providing skillful and exemplary event execution for our corporate, private, and non profit clients in southern AZ for decades. From black tie galas, to small and large weddings, and private events, Edge will exceed your highest expectations for celebrations of all sizes. Edge Catering caters over 300 weddings a year and we focus on executing and providing a fine dining experience at all of our events, made possible by our highly skilled staff and attention to detail from event start to finish.

Edge Catering is owned and operated by Kendell and Jason Hartenbach and Rose and Patrick Fahey. Kendell, Jason, Rose, and Patrick have over 100 years of combined experience in the operation of restaurants and catering across Arizona. The group also owns and manages The Mobile Bistro and the Tohono Chul Garden Bistro. The Mobile Bistro is a catering company focused on providing daily meals to behavioral health, assisted living, and rehabilitation facilities.
